Wash stall cleanup - PricelessAfter cleaning and grooming your horse, it is you or your childs responsibility to scoop the poop, hose down the walls and keep the floor drains clear of debris in the wash stall as a courtesy to the next boarder who also deserves a reasonably clean place to work. The drains are easily opened by using a hoof pick.It only takes a few minutes.
To help prevent respiratory distress and preventable health ailments we strive to maintain a healthy stall environment. Briarwood Farm stalls are built on an elevated three foot deep pellet limed sand foundation topped with level bluestone. These features offer proven excellent stall drainage while preventing the formation of mold, mildew, sulphur, ammonia, other lung irritants and bacterial sources of objectionable odors.Reasonable efforts are made to maintain flatness of the stall flooring. Briarwood Farm is open seven days a week. Helping to keep the barn safe, pleasant and enjoyable for everyone and minimizing the cost of barn labor is every boarders responsibility. In addition:
